Pet Friendly Resort

Pets are warmly welcomed to our resort.

When you’re travelling with your pet, there are a lot of things to consider. Most resorts won’t allow you to bring your pet, so you need to find somewhere that will allow you to bring your pet.

Silverwoods resort is a pet friendly resort in Wayanad is a place where your pet is welcome to accompany you on your vacation. Your pet will also be given all the attention it needs to be happy and healthy during your vacation. The Silverwoods Resort in Wayanad is pet friendly, so you and your pet can enjoy your stay.

Please follow the instructions

• Prior instruction should be given to the hotel before check-in on what kind of breed the pet is with its age.
• Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.
• Guests are responsible for any damages to the room and its contents. The guest’s suite will be inspected for such damages prior to checkout. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged additional fees at the actual.
• Please be noted that all the higher category of rooms has expensive carpets and it is instructed that the pets shall not be left un attended in the carpets as the pets do have the habit of scratching the carpets.
• Pet may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.
• Pets must be on a controllable leash at all times when outside the guest suite/villa
• Guests must walk their pets in designated walk areas and are responsible for picking up after their pet in and around the hotel at all times.
• Noise/Disruptive Complaints – barking and noise that is disruptive to other guests in the hotel is not acceptable. Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruptive complaints, the guest may be asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet.
• Housekeeping Service /rooms service– The pet must be in controlled position and on leash when the room service on the housekeeping attendants visits your room.
• The managements shall not be responsible for the pet for any conditions of accidents and also any problems that might occur within the premises.
• Pets are not allowed to restaurant, club house, in the pool.
