REFUND POLICY

• 0 -10 days prior to stay – No refund. (on the full amount)
• 0 -10 days prior to stay – No refund. (on the full amount)
• 16 -30 days prior to stay – 75% refund (on the full amount)
• More than 30 days prior to stay – 90% refund (on the full amount)
• No refund for reservation between 20th December to 5th January.
• Postponing can be done any time prior to check-in date, depending on the availability of the rooms.
• No postponement of dates and no refund against cancellation for Group Bookings.

General Terms & Conditions:

• Check In time is 2:00 PM & 10:00 AM
• We advise you to guarantee your reservation against Cash deposit, Service Voucher or Demand draft at the time of booking.
• A guaranteed reservation will be held until 2000 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.
• Please intimate us the exact address to which the bills are to be sent. In normal cases, bills are sent to the address on the voucher.
• 50% advance amount to be paid for confirming the reservation ,Failing of advance payment will lead to release of the rooms without prior intimation.
• In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.
• In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport you at our cost.
• GST is included.
• Outside Food and beverages are Strictly not allowed inside the Resort.
• Swimming suit is compulsory.
• Washing of clothes inside the Rooms is also strictly prohibited. The same service can be availed from the resorts Full fledged Laundry service.
